Carbon Sheet/Plate Kevlar ECO
Description
The sheet`s core is made out of 0/90° orientated UD-Layers (Unidirectional), which leads to a much higher stability than full-woven Sheets
(parallel lines on the cutting edge, standard in RC-Racing)
The surface layer has a thickness of ~0,2mm, Kevlar/Carbon, 2x4mm fields, the core is made out of UD-Carbon-Layers ~0,15mm
ATTENTION: For milling Kevlar you need special tools!
=>Countersunks will not have clean edges
Recommended: Gluing a ~1,5mm Glasfiber sheet on the surface to improve cutting quality

These sheets are made out of Prepregs
ECO-Surface quality not as good as at the RTM Sheets
