Description
The sheet`s core is made out of 0/90° orientated UD-Layers (Unidirectional), which leads to a much higher stability than full-woven Sheets
(parallel lines on the cutting edge, standard in RC-Racing)
The surface layer has a thickness of ~0,2mm, 200g/m2 Carbon-Plain Fabric, 2x2mm fields, the core is made out of UD-Carbon-Layers ~0,15mm
The sheets have very good milling characteristics, without any bending after cutting

The sheets are made in a special process (RTM - Resin Transfer Moulding), wich leads to less air intakes, resulting in higher strength and bending stiffness than compared to the common used process where sheets are made out of pressed Prepregs
The standard thickness-tolerance of carbon sheets normally is set with +/-10%
OURS JUST HAVE +/-5%, which needs extremely precise machines! (> 2mm thickness)
